Liverpool Guild of Students is currently seeking to recruit a Democracy Coordinator. Working collaboratively with colleagues across the Guild, they will play a crucial role in supporting the development and delivery of the Guild’s democratic processes, playing a lead role in planning our Student Officer Elections.
We are seeking a passionate and highly organised individual, who is committed to supporting students to have a voice, make positive change, gathering and providing information which will inform Guild policy and its activities, as well as facilitating the flow of this information between students and the trustee board, enhancing their ability to make strategic decisions.
We are especially interested in candidates from under-represented groups, and those who have experience working with diverse populations. We encourage applications from black and minority ethnic candidates, who are currently under-represented within the Guild.
