Responsible to: Facilities Manager
Salary: £21,840 – Guild Grading and Banding Level 2
Hours: 35 Hours per Week – Full Time including evening & weekend work
This role will be subject to a shift pattern that consists of 2 in 5 weekends and 1 week in 4 on night shifts during term time, working until approximately 12.30am.
Responsible for: Supervising Facilities Student Staff

We are looking a Facilities Assistants to assist in the running of our busy SU Building. The successful person will assist in the provision of an effective facilities management service which ensures the safe and efficient running, upkeep, cleaning and maintenance of the Guild premises and equipment. They will also engage with building users to ensure the highest possible levels of customer satisfaction.
