Job Title: Student Staff Team Member- Retail Staff

Responsible to: Retail Manager, Assistant Retail Manager

Salary: Living Wage + holiday pay

We are looking to recruit extremely enthusiastic, efficient and hardworking individuals who are able to oversee a wide range of tasks on a daily basis. The successful candidate(s) will be expected to have an understanding of the organisational structure and ethos of The Guild. In this role it is essential that you have excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing with lots of people. Main duties include:

  • Lifting and handling stock, replenishment and stock rotation
  • Serving customers
  • Cash handling
  • Maintaining shop standards

All Staff will be invited to attend an induction and full training for the role will be given.
