Student Staff Team Member- Reception

Job Title: Student Staff Team Member- Reception

Responsible to: Reception Services Manager

Salary: Living Wage + holiday pay

Deadline for Applications: 10th June 2022

We are looking to recruit 6 extremely organised, efficient and enthusiastic students who are able to multi task with a wide range of tasks on a daily basis. In this role it is essential that you have excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing with lots of people, from students to external customers and core staff. You must be prepared to work evenings’ and be available from 6th September.

The main day to day tasks are outlined below:

  • Meeting and greeting Students
  • Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls
  • Answering queries through the Guild’s webchat facility
  • Ticket Sales
  • Sorting and distributing post.
